• PhotoBoat provides
  •  boat(s) and photographer(s)
  • four display terminals for sailors to view photos, sorted by boat
  • a daily slideshow
  • a reasonable number of photos (approx 10-20) for use on the event website and/or print materials created to market the event for future regattas included whenever/wherever the other sponsors are promoted. PhotoBoat is the exclusive photographer promoted by the organizer at any time, in any way.
  • photos for local press after the event 
• Organizer provides
  • dockage for photo boat(s)
  • two tables and electrical outlet for display
  • display location in high-traffic area
  • entry mailing/email list to PhotoBoat
  • sponsorship status to PhotoBoat, with links and logos included whenever/wherever the other sponsors are promoted. PhotoBoat is the exclusive photographer promoted by the organizer at any time, in any way.

Add-On Option 1** – Awards Photos – $600

PhotoBoat provides photo coverage and prints of winning boats, available in time for the awards ceremony.  Frames are normally provided by the organizer.
Fee includes up to 15 prints up to 8x10 size. 

Add-On Option 2** – Participant Photos – $1000 per scheduled race day (up to 500 sailors)

PhotoBoat provides photo coverage and distributes all of the event digital photos (medium resolution) to every participant via download link.  If a company sponsors this coverage, the sponsor’s logo can be included in the border of each digital photo.

Add-On Option 3 – Daily Press Photos – $250 per race day

PhotoBoat provides daily press photos to Scuttlebutt, Sailing Anarchy and 2-4 other sources, for online use.  PhotoBoat sends photos directly, in time for each publication’s deadline.

*Available only if the event is deemed by PhotoBoat to have sufficient income potential from photo sales to participants.  If the regatta has an abnormally low participation level, PhotoBoat maintains the right to exclude free coverage status with two weeks in notice.
